AI Visibility Accelerator · Dental
GEO, AEO and Local SEO for Dental Practices, In One 13-Week Programme
Our GTA dental study found that 87% of citations in Google's AI answers pointed at practices' own websites — and that 76% of cited practices appeared exactly once. Almost nobody in this market holds a position worth defending yet, which is the entire opportunity.
The Accelerator is 13 weeks of work to take one, and 3 separate measurements afterwards to find out whether it held. One published price, a stated end date, and a written report that says what actually happened.
Start with a free 30-minute Check
We show you your citation position first — where you appear, who is named instead, and whether the Accelerator is the right purchase at all.

What is the AI Visibility Accelerator?
A fixed-price 13-week programme covering every search discipline a dental practice needs at once — generative engine optimization, answer engine optimization, technical SEO, local SEO, content, editorial, off-page, reputation and social media management — then measured across 3 separate sampling runs rather than a single check.
- Five AI platforms — ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude
- GEO and AEO — getting named in those answers, and marking up your pages so they can be lifted
- Technical, local and on-page SEO — the foundations, the profile, and the pages patients search
- Social media content and management — usually a separate retainer, included here
- Website takeover assessed free — usually a separate project fee, quoted before you sign
- $9,600 CAD, 13 weeks — published, staged across milestones, nothing renews on its own
- No guarantee of citations — that is not a thing anyone can honestly sell
It starts with a free 30-minute Check of where you currently sit. Scoped to Google AI Overviews, the surface that can be publicly retrieved for a named city at a stated moment — which is what makes a before-and-after comparison meaningful.
Ask an AI assistant to review this programme
Including what we say the programme cannot do. If an assistant reading this page cannot find the limitations, we have written it badly — so the question asks for them directly.
The question is copied to your clipboard when you pick one — paste it if your assistant opens empty.
Price
One Price, Published
We publish this number for the same reason we tell dental practices to publish theirs. The study behind this programme found that the practices being cited are the ones that stated a real figure while their competitors wrote “contact us for pricing”. Selling that finding from behind a quote form would be an argument we do not believe in our own business.
Around $4,000 a month is common for a GTA dental retainer — roughly $12,000 across a quarter. What that figure usually covers is search work: technical, content and profile management.
Two of the lines in this programme are almost never inside a retainer. Social media content and management is typically quoted as its own monthly fee. Taking over or rebuilding a website is typically quoted as its own project. Both are inside the $9,600, alongside 3 separate measurement runs and the cost pages our study found AI answers drawing on.
The arithmetic is the argument, and we would rather you check it than believe it. Ask whoever you are comparing us against what social management and a site takeover would add to their number.
Single location. Fixed scope, 13 weeks, measured 3 times after publication.
- Everything included — no separate audit or setup fee
- Paid across milestones, not monthly
- No rolling commitment, no automatic renewal
- Everything published stays on your domain
- Starts with a free 30-minute Check
Twenty minutes, no cost. We show you your position first — the sprint only makes sense if the audit says it does.
Scope of Work
Ten Disciplines, One Programme
Everything below is inside the one price. Most practices buy these from two or three vendors — a search agency, a social agency, and whoever owns the website — which is how the same practice ends up described three different ways across the sources an AI answer reads.
Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)
Getting your practice named and cited across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude. These engines read the same underlying evidence about your practice, so the work is shared — what differs is how each one is measured. Our full generative engine optimization services, scoped to a single practice.
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
Making each answer machine-extractable: question-shaped headings, direct answers stated in the first sentence, Dentist and FAQPage schema, Offer markup carrying your actual fee ranges, and entity data that ties every dentist to their credentials and treatments.
Technical SEO and site takeover
Crawling, indexing, canonicals, structured data, Core Web Vitals and the booking path tested end to end — the professional SEO foundations. If your site sits with a vendor, we establish during the Check whether taking it over fits this scope, and tell you before you sign rather than in week five.
Local SEO and Google Business Profile
Categories, services, hours, attributes, booking links, photos and posts, plus NAP consistency across the directories that already get cited. Local SEO decides routine enquiries and the map pack, so the profile is worked on in the first fortnight rather than left to the end.
Content and on-page SEO
Five cost pages — one per topic the GTA study found AI Overviews answering — with real fee ranges in Canadian dollars. Plus a fees overview, insurance and financing, what changes a quote, and dentist profiles. Internal linking and on-page optimisation across the set.
Editorial and blog
2–3 articles a week, every week — a committed floor of 26 over the quarter. Where in that range a given week lands is decided by what the audit says the site needs, not by a quota. Existing pages get revised and consolidated where that beats writing something new.
Off-page SEO and earned mentions
Directories, registers, associations, local press and community listings — pursued where they are genuinely earnable and verifiable. We do not buy links or manufacture mentions, so this is committed effort and reporting, never a link count.
Reputation, reviews and reveals
A consistent, policy-compliant process for requesting and responding to reviews, and for publishing consented before-and-after cases with context. We build the process and the templates; your practice contacts its own patients, because that relationship is yours and should stay that way.
Social media content and management
Instagram and Facebook audited at the start, then 2–3 creatives and posts a week, written and designed by us and scheduled on your accounts. This is the line most retainers bill separately — see what this does not do for an honest note on where it does and does not help.
Measurement and reporting
3 sampling runs after publication against the same 21 queries, plus a fixed prompt set run repeatedly across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude — compared with a baseline that was itself sampled more than once. A single before-and-after would not survive the variance in generated answers, so we do not sell one.
Coverage
Five AI Platforms, Two Instruments
The work is shared across all of them — these engines draw on the same underlying evidence about your practice, so a page that answers a cost question clearly is retrievable everywhere. What differs is how each platform can honestly be measured, and we would rather show you that than put five logos on a page.
| Platform | How it is measured | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Google AI Overviews | Captured directly from the public results page, targeted to your sub-market | Citation counts across the same 21 queries as the study, sampled repeatedly |
| ChatGPT | A fixed prompt set, run repeatedly over the quarter | Whether your practice is named, and which sources the answer drew on |
| Perplexity | A fixed prompt set, run repeatedly over the quarter | Whether your practice is named, plus its visible citation list |
| Gemini | A fixed prompt set, run repeatedly over the quarter | Whether your practice is named, and how it is described |
| Claude | A fixed prompt set, run repeatedly over the quarter | Whether your practice is named, and how it is described |
The two instruments are not comparable and we never add them together. An AI Overview is rendered inside a public results page, so it can be captured for a named city at a stated moment and re-checked by anyone. The prompt-based engines publish nothing, so they are measured by running a fixed set of patient questions repeatedly — results there shift with account history and personalisation in ways a search capture does not. Both are reported; a single blended “AI visibility score” would be a number we made up.
The Build
Five Pages, Chosen by the Data
These are not our preferences. Each maps to a topic the GTA study found Google's AI answering across all seven sub-markets — the questions patients ask immediately before choosing a clinic.
| Page | Why this topic | What it has to contain |
|---|---|---|
| Implant cost | Highest-value procedure. An AI Overview was present in every sub-market tested. | Fee range by implant type, what the quote includes, what changes it, and what the consultation determines. |
| Invisalign cost | High-margin elective that consistently generated answers naming specific practices. | Range by case complexity, how it compares with fixed braces on cost and time, and what affects the estimate. |
| Canadian Dental Care Plan | The largest new demand driver in Canadian dentistry, and the most source-heavy topic measured — some answers cited up to 12 practices at once. | Whether you participate, what is covered, what a patient still pays, and how to check eligibility. |
| Routine cleaning cost | Entry-point query that drew the widest source list of any topic. | Fee for a standard appointment, what scaling units mean on an invoice, and how insurance typically applies. |
| Emergency dental cost | Urgent intent, and the only topic where a municipal government page was cited. | After-hours fees, what an emergency exam covers, and what happens if treatment is needed the same day. |

Timeline
13 Weeks, Measured at the End
The clock starts when access is granted, not on signature. That is deliberate: every week spent waiting on a Search Console invitation is a week the measurement window loses at the other end.
| When | Phase | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Weeks 1–2 | Baseline and audit | Your citation position sampled two to three times, technical and retrievability audit, Google Business Profile review, fee intake session, content plan signed off. |
| Weeks 3–6 | Build | Five cost pages and supporting pages drafted. Technical fixes, schema and entity work. Profile optimisation. Article production begins and runs to the end. |
| Weeks 7–8 | Review and publish | Clinical review batched into one session rather than page by page. Revisions, publication, crawl and indexation confirmed in Search Console. |
| Weeks 9–13 | Measurement | 3 separate sampling runs across the same 21 queries, then the written report — what was built, what moved, and what did not. |
The fee intake session is the critical path. Everything in the build waits on your actual numbers, so it is booked before the work starts.
What We Need From You
Six Things, and the Work Cannot Start Without Them
Most of the risk in a programme like this is not the work — it is waiting on access. Listing it plainly up front is cheaper for both of us than discovering it in week three.
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| A publishing route | CMS admin access, or a named contact at your web vendor with an agreed turnaround. |
| Google Search Console | The one we will chase hardest. Without it we cannot tell whether a page was crawled at all — which is the difference between “the content did not work” and “Google never saw it”. |
| Google Business Profile | Manager access, so the profile work can actually be done. |
| Your real fee data | Ranges, what is included, and what changes the number — confirmed by someone authorised to confirm it. Nothing gets published that your practice has not stood behind. |
| A named clinical approver | A registered dental professional who can review clinical content, with an agreed review window. We batch questions into one session rather than sending pages piecemeal. |
| Patient outreach for reviews and reveals | We build the process, write the templates and publish what comes back. Your practice contacts its own patients — we will not, and the RCDSO's rules on what may be published are the constraint, not our preference. |
Fit
When This Is the Wrong Purchase
A fixed-price programme only works when the scope genuinely fits. These are the situations where we would tell you not to buy it — and we would rather do that on the Check than at the end of week three.
| A good fit | Not a good fit | |
|---|---|---|
| Situation | You are cited once, or not at all, for the cost questions your patients ask. | You need appointments booked next week. Paid ads will beat this on speed and we will say so. |
| Fees | You are willing to publish real ranges, with the variables explained. | Your fees cannot be published in any form. The programme has nothing to build on. |
| Approval | A principal dentist can review clinical content inside the agreed window. | Clinical sign-off routinely takes months. The timeline will not hold. |
| Website | You can give us a publishing route, or agree a takeover during the Check. | The site is locked by a vendor who will not permit changes and cannot be replaced. |
| Patients | Your team will ask patients for reviews and consented before-and-afters. | Nobody at the practice has time to contact a single patient. That part cannot be outsourced to us. |
| Expectation | You want a measurement you can check, and you accept it might be flat. | You want a guarantee of AI citations. Nobody can honestly sell you one. |
What the Accelerator Does Not Do
It does not guarantee citations. AI Overviews are generated per query and vary between runs; our own study documents that variance in its limitations rather than hiding it. The programme commits to the work and to honest measurement, not to an outcome the platforms do not sell.
It does not isolate variables. Running profile work, technical fixes, cost pages, articles, mentions, reviews and social together means the report tells you whether your position moved, not which workstream moved it. That is the right trade for a practice that wants results, and the wrong one for a practice that wants an experiment.
It does not treat every platform's figures as equivalent. Google AI Overviews can be captured from a public results page for a named city, so those numbers are reproducible and you can check them yourself. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude publish nothing, so they are measured by running a fixed prompt set repeatedly — and those results move with account history and personalisation in ways a search capture does not. Both are reported, separately, and never added into a single score.
And social is not in the citation path. Your GTA study found 87% of citations going to practice websites; Instagram is not one of them. Creatives are in this programme because they support reputation and the profile signals that decide local enquiries — not because they will get you quoted in an AI answer.
What Happens at the End
The quarter ends with a written report: what was built, what 3 sampling runs found against a baseline that was itself sampled more than once, and what we think it means. Nothing renews on its own.
If the pages are being cited, holding that position takes maintenance — competitors publish their own figures, your fees change, and the answers regenerate constantly. That is a second quarter, and we will propose one if the evidence supports it.
If the delta is flat, we will tell you what we think the constraint actually is. Sometimes it is domain authority, sometimes the fees published were too vague to be quotable, and sometimes the honest answer is that more of the same would not help. You get that assessment either way, because a measurement you cannot trust is worse than no measurement.
Questions About the Accelerator
Start With the Check, Not the Invoice
30 minutes, no cost: your citation position across the same 21 queries, which practices are named instead of you, and whether the Accelerator is the right purchase at all. If it is not, we will tell you.
