# The AI Visibility Accelerator

Source: https://enginely.ai/services/ai-visibility-accelerator/

> A fixed-price 13-week programme covering GEO, AEO, technical and local SEO, content, earned mentions, reviews and social media management — built on 5 published citation studies. $9,600 CAD.

We measured 5 local markets end to end before building anything to sell into them — 105 queries, 1126 citations captured, 437 businesses named. [Every study is published in full](https://enginely.ai/reports/index.html.md), including its limitations.

The Accelerator is the work that follows: 13 weeks covering every search discipline at once, then 3 separate measurements to find out whether it held. One published price, a stated end date, and a report that says what actually happened.

## What is the AI Visibility Accelerator?

A fixed-price 13-week programme covering every search discipline a local business needs at once — generative engine optimization, answer engine optimization, technical SEO, local SEO, content, editorial, off-page, reputation and social media management — then measured across 3 separate sampling runs rather than a single check.

- **Built on published research** — 5 markets measured in full before the programme existed
- **Five AI platforms** — ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude
- **Social and site takeover included** — the two lines most retainers bill separately
- **Fixed price** — $9,600 CAD for a single location, published rather than quoted
- **Not a retainer** — staged across milestones, ends with a report, nothing renews
- **No guarantee of citations** — that is not a thing anyone can honestly sell

_It starts with a free 30-minute Check of where you currently sit._

## 5 Markets Measured, and What Each Study Found

Every one of these has a published citation study behind it — full leaderboard, method and limitations, no download gate. The programme runs the same way in each; what changes is which pages get built and whose rules apply.

| Market | What the study found | Study | Programme |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Dental | 87% of citations went to practice websites, and 76% of cited practices appeared exactly once — almost nobody holds a defensible position. | https://enginely.ai/reports/gta/dental-ai-visibility/index.html.md | https://enginely.ai/services/ai-visibility-accelerator/dental/index.html.md |
| Legal | 84% of citations went to firm websites, and a firm 250km from Toronto is cited in six of seven GTA sub-markets. | https://enginely.ai/reports/gta/legal-ai-visibility/index.html.md | Study published · programme on request |
| Physiotherapy | 77% of citations went to clinic websites, but only 3 of 66 clinics were cited across all three patient questions. | https://enginely.ai/reports/gta/physiotherapy-ai-visibility/index.html.md | Study published · programme on request |
| Accounting | 78% of citations went to firm websites, and five firms answer for the entire metro. Geography has stopped protecting anyone. | https://enginely.ai/reports/gta/accounting-ai-visibility/index.html.md | Study published · programme on request |
| Cosmetic surgery | Just 42 clinic websites account for every citation in the metro, and 37% of citations point at Google listings rather than sites. | https://enginely.ai/reports/gta/cosmetic-surgery-ai-visibility/index.html.md | Study published · programme on request |

_The 5 studies published so far cover the Greater Toronto Area, which is where we started rather than where the method stops — the same instrument runs against any metro, and we would rather measure a new one than assume it behaves like this one. Where a programme page is not yet built, the study still is: ask on the Check. We publish a build sheet for a vertical once we have taken a client through it, rather than before._

## Why the price is published

We publish this number for the same reason we tell clients to publish theirs. [The studies behind this programme](https://enginely.ai/reports/index.html.md) found that the businesses being cited are the ones that stated a real figure while their competitors wrote “contact us for pricing”. Selling that finding from behind a quote form would be an argument we do not believe in our own business.

**Around $4,000 a month is common for a local search retainer** — roughly $12,000 across a quarter — and that figure usually covers search work only. Social media content and management is typically quoted as its own monthly fee. Taking over or rebuilding a website is typically quoted as its own project. Both are inside the $9,600.

The arithmetic is the argument, and we would rather you check it than believe it. Ask whoever you are comparing us against what social management and a site takeover would add to their number.

## Ten Disciplines, One Programme

Everything below is inside the one price. Most businesses buy these from two or three vendors — a search agency, a social agency, and whoever owns the website — which is how the same business ends up described three different ways across the sources an AI answer reads.

### Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

Getting you named and cited across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude. These engines read the same underlying evidence, so the work is shared — what differs is how each is measured. Our full [generative engine optimization services](https://enginely.ai/services/generative-engine-optimization/index.html.md), scoped to one business.

### Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

Making each answer machine-extractable: question-shaped headings, direct answers in the first sentence, the right schema for your sector, Offer markup carrying real figures, and entity data that ties every practitioner to their credentials.

### Technical SEO and site takeover

Crawling, indexing, canonicals, structured data, Core Web Vitals and the booking path tested end to end — the [professional SEO](https://enginely.ai/services/seo/index.html.md) foundations. If your site sits with a vendor, we establish during the Check whether taking it over fits this scope.

### Local SEO and Google Business Profile

Categories, services, hours, attributes, booking links, photos and posts, plus NAP consistency across the directories that already get cited. [Local SEO](https://enginely.ai/services/local-seo/index.html.md) decides routine enquiries and the map pack.

### Content and on-page SEO

The cost and coverage pages your market's study found AI answers drawing on, with real figures rather than “contact us for pricing” — plus the supporting pages and internal linking that make them retrievable rather than orphaned.

### Editorial and blog

2–3 articles a week, every week — a committed floor of 26 over the quarter. Where in that range a given week lands is decided by what the audit says the site needs, not by a quota. Existing pages get revised and consolidated where that beats writing something new.

### Off-page SEO and earned mentions

Directories, registers, associations, local press and community listings — pursued where they are genuinely earnable and verifiable. We do not buy links or manufacture mentions, so this is committed effort and reporting, never a link count.

### Reputation and reviews

A consistent, policy-compliant process for requesting and responding to reviews, and for publishing consented case content. We build the process and the templates; you contact your own customers, because that relationship is yours.

### Social media content and management

Instagram and Facebook audited at the start, then 2–3 creatives and posts a week. This is the line most retainers bill separately — see what this does not do for where it helps and where it does not.

### Measurement and reporting

3 sampling runs after publication against the same queries as the study, plus a fixed prompt set run repeatedly across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude — compared with a baseline that was itself sampled more than once.

## 13 Weeks, Measured at the End

The clock starts when access is granted, not on signature. That is deliberate: every week spent waiting on a Search Console invitation is a week the measurement window loses at the other end.

| When | Phase | What happens |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Weeks 1–2 | Baseline and audit | Your citation position sampled two to three times, technical and retrievability audit, Google Business Profile review, fee intake session, content plan signed off. |
| Weeks 3–6 | Build | Cost and coverage pages drafted for the topics that market's study found AI answering. Technical fixes, schema and entity work. Profile optimisation. Article production begins. |
| Weeks 7–8 | Review and publish | Professional review batched into one session. Revisions, publication, crawl and indexation confirmed in Search Console. |
| Weeks 9–13 | Measurement | 3 separate sampling runs across the same queries as the study, then the written report — what was built, what moved, and what did not. |

_The pricing intake session is the critical path. Everything in the build waits on your actual numbers, so it is booked before the work starts._

## Six Things, and the Work Cannot Start Without Them

Most of the risk in a programme like this is not the work — it is waiting on access. Listing it plainly up front is cheaper for both of us than discovering it in week three.

| What | Why |
| --- | --- |
| A publishing route | CMS admin access, or a named contact at your web vendor with an agreed turnaround. |
| Google Search Console | The one we will chase hardest. Without it we cannot tell whether a page was crawled at all — which is the difference between “the content did not work” and “Google never saw it”. |
| Google Business Profile | Manager access, so the profile work can actually be done. |
| Your real pricing data | Ranges, what is included, and what changes the number — confirmed by someone authorised to confirm it. Nothing gets published that you have not stood behind. |
| A named professional approver | Someone qualified to review regulated content, with an agreed review window. We batch questions into one session rather than sending pages piecemeal. |
| Customer outreach for reviews | We build the process, write the templates and publish what comes back. You contact your own customers — we will not, and your regulator's rules on what may be published are the constraint, not our preference. |

## What the Accelerator Does Not Do

It does not guarantee citations. AI Overviews are generated per query and vary between runs; our own studies document that variance in their limitations rather than hiding it. The programme commits to the work and to honest measurement, not to an outcome the platforms do not sell.

It does not isolate variables. Running profile work, technical fixes, cost pages, articles, mentions, reviews and social together means the report tells you whether your position moved, not which workstream moved it. That is the right trade for a business that wants results, and the wrong one for a business that wants an experiment.

It does not treat every platform's figures as equivalent. Google AI Overviews can be captured from a public results page for a named city, so those numbers are reproducible. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude publish nothing and are measured by running a fixed prompt set repeatedly, which moves with account history and personalisation. Both are reported, separately, and never added into a single score.

And social is not in the citation path. Across every study we have run, the overwhelming majority of citations went to businesses' own websites — Instagram is not one of them. Creatives are in this programme because they support reputation and the profile signals that decide local enquiries, not because they will get you quoted in an AI answer.

## Why the Research Comes First

We published 5 market studies before selling a programme into any of them, and every one names the businesses currently being cited — competitors included, ours excluded, because we are not in these markets.

That order matters. The page list in this programme is not a template we apply everywhere; it is whatever each study found generative answers actually drawing on. In dentistry that is five cost topics. In physiotherapy it is three patient questions where one, OHIP coverage, is answered by clinics barely half the time. In cosmetic surgery a third of citations do not land on a website at all.

If we had built the programme first and the research second, every market would somehow have needed the same five pages. [The studies are published in full](https://enginely.ai/reports/index.html.md) so you can check that they did not.

## Questions About the Accelerator

### Why is the programme priced the same across industries?

Because the work is the same shape. Every market gets a baseline, the technical and profile foundations, the cost and coverage pages its own study identified, article production, earned mentions, a review process, social, and 3 measurement runs. What changes is which pages get built and which regulator's rules apply — not how much work it is. If a business genuinely needs less than this, we would rather tell you on the Check than sell you the whole thing.

### My industry has a study but no programme page. Can I still buy it?

Yes — ask on the Check. We have published studies for all 5 markets listed above, and the programme runs the same way in each. We build the page for a vertical once we have run a client through it, because writing a build sheet before delivering one is how agencies end up publishing scope they cannot hold to. Dental is the one we have taken furthest.

### Why a quarter rather than a month?

Because a month cannot produce a measurement worth trusting. Pages have to be written, professionally approved, published, crawled and indexed before they can be retrieved into an answer at all — and generated answers vary between runs, so a single check afterwards is one noisy sample against another. Our own reports say as much in their limitations: trends require repeated sampling.

### Is this a monthly retainer?

No. It is one fixed price for a defined 13 weeks, with a written report at the end and nothing that renews on its own. Payment is staged across milestones so it is not all due up front, but there is no rolling commitment and no automatic continuation.

### Do you guarantee we will be cited?

No, and any agency offering that guarantee is describing something the platforms do not sell. What we commit to is the work and the measurement: the pages get built to the pattern the cited businesses share, and the report states what actually changed across repeated sampling — including when the answer is “very little”.

### What happens after the quarter?

Whatever the report supports. If the pages are being cited, holding that position takes maintenance as competitors publish their own figures and answers regenerate. If the delta is flat, we will tell you what we think the constraint is and whether more of the same would help. The next quarter gets scoped from the evidence rather than from a menu.
