## A Share of Recurring Revenue, Not a Finder's Fee

- Deal registration protects you — register a prospect and it's yours for 90 days, full stop.

## One Partner Per City, Per Vertical

We don't arm two competitors in the same market. For location-based verticals a territory is a single city and a single vertical — so a legal partner and a dental partner can both operate in Dallas without ever crossing paths. Exclusivity is granted from day one and maintained by activity, not by contract length.

Software and early-stage clients do not work that way: a SaaS company in Toronto competes globally, not against the firm down the road. For those verticals we scope exclusivity by category and niche rather than by city, and agree the boundary in writing before you start.

## Canadian Front, Global Delivery

Enginely is the North American brand of a Generative Engine Optimization practice that operates globally. Client contracting, strategy and account management run through our Canadian entity. Technical delivery, content production and reporting are executed by our dedicated global specialist team.

We tell you this up front, and we tell your clients up front — because in legal, healthcare and dental the question always comes, and a partner who gets surprised by it in a first meeting loses the deal.

## Partner Program FAQ

### Do I need to know SEO or AI search to be a partner?

No. We handle all technical work and reporting. You need to understand your clients' business and be able to open a conversation. We train you on the pitch, the objections and the report.

### Will I be selling under the Enginely name?

No. You use your own brand and your own email. You're introduced as an Authorized Enginely Partner and you'll have a profile page on this site that your prospects can verify. We don't issue Enginely email addresses to partners.

### Who owns the client relationship?

The client contracts with Enginely, and you remain the local relationship owner on the account. You're on the monthly calls. Nothing happens on the account without you knowing.

### How and when do I get paid?

Monthly, on revenue actually collected, by direct deposit or wire against your invoice. Payments continue for as long as the client remains active and you remain the relationship owner.

### What happens if a client churns?

Commission stops when the revenue stops. Commissions on any account that churns within 90 days of its first payment are subject to clawback. We'll always tell you before an account is at risk.

### Can I sell other marketing services alongside this?

Yes — that's the point. We only ask that you don't represent a directly competing GEO or AI-search provider in the same territory.

### Is this employment?

No. Partners are independent businesses operating under a channel partner agreement. This is not employment, and it does not create a partnership or joint venture in the legal sense. You set your own hours, use your own systems and run your own business.

### What does it cost to join?

Nothing. No fee, no minimum, no licence.

### What if I only have one or two clients who'd be a fit?

Start there. Register them, we'll run the audits, and we'll see how it goes. There's no volume commitment until you take an exclusive territory.
