# Frequently Asked Questions

Source: https://enginely.ai/faq/

> Every question we are asked about GEO, SEO, local search, our studies and how we work — 89 answers in one place, grouped by subject.

Every question we are asked often enough to have written down, collected in one place: 89 answers across 13 subjects.

Each section is the same set of answers that appears on the page it belongs to, so nothing here is a shorter or friendlier version of what we say elsewhere. Where the honest answer is that it depends on your market, or that the work is not worth starting yet, that is the answer given.

## General

What GEO is, how it relates to the SEO you may already be doing, and what changes once AI systems are answering the question instead of listing links.

### What is the difference between SEO and GEO?

SEO improves how your website appears in traditional search results, while GEO improves how AI platforms understand, reference and represent your organization in generated answers. Both work together as part of one complete search strategy.

### How long does it take to see results?

Timelines depend on your website, industry, competition and existing digital presence. Technical and accuracy improvements can appear earlier; growth in mentions, citations and enquiries usually requires consistent implementation and monitoring.

### Can you work with our existing website and SEO provider?

Yes. Enginely works alongside your internal team, developer, SEO provider, content team or marketing agency. We identify the GEO priorities and collaborate with the relevant team to implement them.

### What if we operate in a small town or niche specialty?

Focused markets often create valuable GEO opportunities. We examine location-specific questions, niche services, regional competitors, professional expertise and local authority signals.

### Can GEO comply with professional marketing rules?

Yes. GEO can be implemented while respecting the marketing requirements of your profession and jurisdiction. Content should remain accurate, supportable and approved by the appropriate professional before publication.

### What do you report each month?

Monthly reporting covers the questions tested, brand mentions and citations, referenced website pages, competitor visibility, information accuracy, technical and content progress, AI-assisted traffic, qualified enquiries, and priorities for the next month.

### What happens when AI platforms change?

Our strategy does not depend on any single platform or temporary tactic. We focus on technical accessibility, clear entity information, expert-led content, accurate business information, digital authority and continuous measurement.

## Generative Engine Optimization

Being discovered, understood and cited across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Google AI Overviews. [Read the GEO service page](https://enginely.ai/services/generative-engine-optimization/index.html.md).

### What is the difference between GEO and SEO?

SEO asks whether your page ranks for a query. GEO asks whether your organization is retrieved, cited and described correctly inside a generated answer. They share the same foundation — crawlable pages, clear entity information, credible third-party references — so in practice GEO is less a separate channel than an additional way of measuring whether that foundation works.

### Can you make ChatGPT recommend my company?

No, and neither can anyone else. There is no submission process, no paid placement and no switch to flip. GEO improves the conditions that make you retrievable and worth citing, then measures whether your presence and accuracy improve across repeated tests. An agency promising guaranteed inclusion is either misunderstanding these systems or misrepresenting them.

### How long does generative engine optimization take?

Factual corrections and technical access problems can be resolved in weeks, though platforms refresh their sources on their own schedule. Meaningful movement in how often you are mentioned and cited generally takes several months, because it depends on crawling, retrieval behaviour and third-party sources that do not update on your timetable.

### Do we need special AI schema, or an llms.txt file?

No. There is no AI-specific markup that guarantees inclusion, and no file you can publish to opt into being recommended. Accurate standard structured data helps when it matches your visible content, but it is a clarity measure rather than a lever. Be sceptical of anyone selling novelty markup as a shortcut.

### Can Enginely work with our existing SEO or content agency?

Yes. A common split is that we own the GEO audit, prompt research, entity work and measurement while your existing partner implements on-page and content changes. What matters is that ownership is written down, because GEO and SEO recommendations touch the same pages.

### How do you prove any of this worked?

By running the same prompt set before and after, on the same platforms, and reporting the change in mention rate, first-mention frequency, cited pages and factual accuracy — alongside AI-assisted referrals and enquiries where analytics can see them. We also report where nothing moved. A report containing only wins is not a measurement system.

### Is GEO worth it for a small local business?

Sometimes. It tends to be worth it when customers research carefully before contacting anyone and when being described accurately matters — healthcare, legal, higher-value services. If your customers mostly search once and call the nearest option, local SEO will do more for you, and we will say so rather than sell you this.

## Choosing a service

Which programme fits, how the four overlap, and what happens when the honest answer is that you need less than you asked for. [Read the services overview](https://enginely.ai/services/index.html.md).

### What is the difference between SEO and GEO services?

SEO improves whether your pages are found and ranked in search results. GEO examines whether your organization is retrieved, cited and described correctly inside AI-generated answers. They share a foundation — accessible pages, clear entity information, credible references — so they are best planned together and measured separately.

### Which service should we start with?

Start from the symptom, not the label. Weak organic visibility points to professional SEO. Poor map presence points to local SEO. Being absent or misdescribed in AI answers points to a GEO audit. If you genuinely do not know, the audit determines it — and quite often the answer is one focused service rather than the integrated programme.

### Can you work with our existing agency or internal team?

Yes. We frequently provide the audit, research, page architecture, content framework and measurement while an internal team or incumbent agency implements. The requirement is written ownership per deliverable, because our recommendations and theirs will touch the same pages.

### Do you guarantee rankings, citations or AI recommendations?

No. Rankings depend on competitors and algorithms nobody controls, and no AI platform sells or guarantees inclusion. What we commit to is evidence-led priorities, implementation you can inspect, and reporting that says plainly when something did not work.

### How long before we see progress?

Technical and factual corrections can register within weeks. Competitive organic growth and consistent movement in AI visibility usually take four to six months, longer in dense markets. The largest variable is rarely our capacity — it is how quickly your organization can approve and publish.

### Do you only work with Canadian organizations?

No. Enginely is headquartered in Canada and works globally. Market, language, jurisdiction and professional requirements shape the strategy and measurement plan, not whether we take the engagement.

### Are you an SEO agency or an AI SEO agency?

Both, and we think the distinction is mostly marketing. The technical foundation, content quality, entity clarity and authority work that produce rankings are the same work that gets an organization cited in an answer. What differs is measurement — which is why we report on both rather than picking a side.

## Answer Engine Optimization

The extraction side: featured snippets, People Also Ask, voice read-outs and knowledge panels — and how it differs from GEO. [Read the AEO service page](https://enginely.ai/services/answer-engine-optimization/index.html.md).

### What is the difference between AEO and GEO?

We use AEO for extraction and GEO for synthesis. An answer surface — a featured snippet, a People Also Ask entry, a voice read-out — lifts a passage out of one page more or less intact, so the work is structural: answer the question directly, in the right format, on the page that should own it. A generative answer assembles a claim across several sources and cites them, so the work is about being retrievable, corroborated and worth citing at all. Much of the industry uses the two terms interchangeably. We separate them because the failure modes and the measurement genuinely differ.

### Is AEO just a new name for SEO?

No, but it is much closer to SEO than most marketing admits. It runs on the same foundation — crawlable pages, clear structure, accurate information — and adds a specific target: being the passage a system lifts rather than a link in a list. If an agency describes AEO as an entirely new discipline requiring an entirely new budget, ask which part of it does not depend on ordinary technical and content quality.

### Can you guarantee a featured snippet?

No. Google chooses both the source and the exact passage, re-chooses on re-crawl, and sometimes stops showing a snippet for a query altogether. What can be done is to make your passage the easiest correct thing to lift, then measure ownership across a tracked question set over time. Anyone guaranteeing position zero is describing something that does not work that way.

### Does FAQ schema still get us rich results?

For most organizations, no. Google narrowed FAQ and HowTo rich results sharply in 2023, and eligibility is decided by Google rather than enabled by markup. Accurate schema is still worth having because it states plainly what a page contains, but we treat it as clarity rather than leverage, and we will say so rather than bill for it as a growth lever.

### Will winning a featured snippet cost us traffic?

Sometimes, and this is the part of AEO that gets undersold. A snippet that answers the question completely can reduce the reason to click. That is a good outcome when the question is one you want to be known for and a bad one when the click was the point. We report ownership and click impact together so the trade is visible, and there are questions we will recommend not chasing for exactly this reason.

### Do we need both AEO and GEO?

Usually they are the same programme measured two ways, which is why Enginely sells one. If your customers ask short factual questions with clean answers, the extraction work carries more weight. If they describe a situation and ask for a recommendation, the synthesis work does. Most organizations sit somewhere between, and the audit is what settles the ratio rather than a preference stated up front.

### Can AEO work for a site with thin or unapproved content?

Not well. Extraction rewards pages that answer a question completely and specifically, which is exactly what content nobody is allowed to make claims in cannot do. In regulated fields this is a scheduling problem rather than a writing problem: the answer has to be specific enough to lift and approved by the person qualified to approve it.

## Professional SEO

Technical work, content strategy, authority building and reporting for organic search. [Read the SEO service page](https://enginely.ai/services/seo/index.html.md).

### How long do SEO services take to work?

Technical and indexation fixes can register within weeks. Competitive commercial rankings usually take four to six months, and longer in crowded markets. Anyone quoting a fixed timeline before auditing your site is guessing — the honest answer depends on your existing authority, how much your team can approve and ship, and what competitors do in the same period.

### Do you provide the content, or do we?

Either. We can work to briefs your team writes against, or produce publish-ready drafts from interviews with your subject-matter experts. What we will not do is publish content about your field that nobody qualified has reviewed — in regulated industries that is a liability, and everywhere else it reads like it.

### Can you work with our existing developer or agency?

Yes, and it is common. We provide strategy, the keyword-to-page map, technical specifications and quality assurance while your team implements. The one requirement is documented ownership of each deliverable. The failure mode in shared engagements is rarely conflict — it is two parties each assuming the other did something.

### Is SEO still worth it when people ask ChatGPT instead of Google?

Yes, and the two are less separate than they sound. AI answers are assembled largely from crawlable web content, so accessible pages, clear entity information and credible third-party references feed both. What changes is measurement: a ranking report says nothing about whether you are cited in a generated answer, which is what GEO adds.

### Will you guarantee first-page rankings?

No, and you should treat any agency that does as a warning sign. Rankings depend on competitors and algorithms nobody controls. What we commit to is evidence-led prioritization, implementation you can inspect, reporting you can audit, and telling you when something is not working rather than reframing it.

### What happens if we stop after six months?

Technical fixes and published pages stay and keep working. What stops is compounding — no new content, no maintenance as pages age, and no response when a competitor overtakes you. Organic search behaves less like a campaign and more like a property: it holds value if maintained and degrades if neglected.

### How much of this could we do ourselves?

More than most agencies will admit. If you have a developer who can act on a technical specification and someone who writes credibly about your field, a consulting engagement often gets you most of the way. We will tell you at audit stage which model fits — a managed programme you did not need is an expensive way to buy a document.

## Local SEO

Google Business Profile, Maps visibility, local content and reputation signals in the markets you actually serve. [Read the local SEO service page](https://enginely.ai/services/local-seo/index.html.md).

### How long does local SEO take?

Profile and category corrections can shift visibility within weeks — sometimes days — because they change relevance directly. Competitive map-pack positions in dense urban markets usually take several months, and depend heavily on review velocity and how close you are to the searcher. Anyone promising a top-three position on a timeline is ignoring the distance factor.

### Can you guarantee a top-three Google Maps ranking?

No. Local results are personalised by the searcher's location, so there is no single ranking to guarantee — you may be first for someone standing nearby and absent for someone across town, simultaneously. We improve relevance and prominence, which are the parts within reach, and report what actually moved.

### We want to rank in a city where we have no office. Can you do that?

Usually not in the map pack, and we will not pretend otherwise. Map results are tied to a verified location, and creating a fake one is a policy breach that risks the profile you already have. What can work is organic service-area content and, where genuinely justified, an eventual real location. If a competitor is ranking there, they generally have an address there.

### Do we need a page for every city we serve?

Almost certainly not. A location page is justified when you can say something true and specific about that market — a team, services, proof, practical detail. If the only difference between two pages is the city name, they will not rank, and they drag down the pages that were working. Most businesses should improve their main location page first.

### Can you manage profiles across many locations?

Yes. Multi-location work covers category standards, accuracy audits, service and hours updates, posts, review workflows and per-location reporting. Ownership of the profiles stays with you — a local SEO company that holds your Google account hostage is a risk, not a partner.

### Should we ask customers for reviews, and how?

Yes, systematically and without incentives. Ask every customer at the natural moment, make the link one tap, and never filter for positive sentiment first — review gating breaches Google's policy and is straightforward to detect. Responding to negative reviews calmly does more for prospective customers than the rating average does.

### Does local SEO help us appear in AI answers?

It helps considerably. When someone asks an assistant for a provider nearby, the answer is frequently assembled from business profiles, directories and reviews — exactly the sources local SEO cleans up. Inclusion is never guaranteed, so where it matters we test the specific prompts rather than assume.

## Agentic SEO

Continuous monitoring, prompt testing and change detection, and where human judgement stays in the loop. [Read the agentic SEO service page](https://enginely.ai/services/agentic-seo/index.html.md).

### What is agentic SEO, in plain terms?

Using software agents to run the parts of search work that never stop — testing prompts, checking every URL, watching for regressions and tracking competitors — continuously instead of monthly. It compresses the gap between something changing and somebody knowing. It does not remove the need for judgement, and any description that says it does is selling something else.

### Is this just monitoring with a fashionable name?

Partly, and it is worth being honest about that. The genuinely new part is scale and continuity: testing a hundred prompts across five platforms weekly, or auditing fifty thousand URLs on every run, is not something a person was ever doing manually. The rest is monitoring done properly. If your site is small enough that one person can check it thoroughly, you do not need this.

### Will AI write our content?

Agents draft; people approve. Structure, first drafts and variants come out of automation because that is the slowest part of the cycle. Publication does not happen without human review, and in dentistry, law and healthcare not without the qualified sign-off those pages require. We will not quietly publish generated content about a regulated subject, on your site or anyone's.

### Does this replace our SEO team or agency?

No, and be wary of anyone saying it does. Automation removes the delay and the sampling, not the thinking. What it changes is where human hours go — away from pulling reports and re-crawling sites, toward deciding what to do about what surfaced.

### How is this different from your GEO service?

GEO is the discipline — how you are retrieved, cited and described in AI answers, and what to change to improve it. Agentic SEO is the operating model: running that measurement and the technical monitoring continuously rather than periodically. Most clients need the discipline first; the continuous model earns its cost once there is enough surface area to watch.

### What happens when an agent gets something wrong?

It will. Detection produces false positives, and drafts contain errors. That is precisely why triage is a named human step rather than an automated action, and why nothing publishes itself. A system that acts autonomously on its own alerts will eventually make a confident, fast, wrong change to your site.

### How do we know if we need it?

Two questions. Do you have enough pages, markets or monitored questions that nobody can realistically check them all? And has a problem ever reached you weeks after it started? If both are yes, continuous monitoring will pay for itself. If either is no, a conventional programme is the better buy and we will say so.

## The AI Visibility Accelerator

Scope, price, timeline and what the programme does not include. [Read the Accelerator page](https://enginely.ai/services/ai-visibility-accelerator/index.html.md).

### Why is the programme priced the same across industries?

Because the work is the same shape. Every market gets a baseline, the technical and profile foundations, the cost and coverage pages its own study identified, article production, earned mentions, a review process, social, and 3 measurement runs. What changes is which pages get built and which regulator's rules apply — not how much work it is. If a business genuinely needs less than this, we would rather tell you on the Check than sell you the whole thing.

### My industry has a study but no programme page. Can I still buy it?

Yes — ask on the Check. We have published studies for all 5 markets listed above, and the programme runs the same way in each. We build the page for a vertical once we have run a client through it, because writing a build sheet before delivering one is how agencies end up publishing scope they cannot hold to. Dental is the one we have taken furthest.

### Why a quarter rather than a month?

Because a month cannot produce a measurement worth trusting. Pages have to be written, professionally approved, published, crawled and indexed before they can be retrieved into an answer at all — and generated answers vary between runs, so a single check afterwards is one noisy sample against another. Our own reports say as much in their limitations: trends require repeated sampling.

### Is this a monthly retainer?

No. It is one fixed price for a defined 13 weeks, with a written report at the end and nothing that renews on its own. Payment is staged across milestones so it is not all due up front, but there is no rolling commitment and no automatic continuation.

### Do you guarantee we will be cited?

No, and any agency offering that guarantee is describing something the platforms do not sell. What we commit to is the work and the measurement: the pages get built to the pattern the cited businesses share, and the report states what actually changed across repeated sampling — including when the answer is “very little”.

### What happens after the quarter?

Whatever the report supports. If the pages are being cited, holding that position takes maintenance as competitors publish their own figures and answers regenerate. If the delta is flat, we will tell you what we think the constraint is and whether more of the same would help. The next quarter gets scoped from the evidence rather than from a menu.

## Industries

What changes between a dental practice, a law firm, a SaaS company and a startup — and what stays the same in all four. [Read the industries overview](https://enginely.ai/industries/index.html.md).

### Do you only work with dental practices and law firms?

No. Those are the two fields with a dedicated programme page today, but the same framework applies to healthcare providers, professional and financial services, multi-location organizations and complex B2B companies. The discovery stage establishes the questions, evidence and professional requirements that apply to your field.

### How is an industry programme different from standard SEO?

The technical foundation is the same. What changes is the research behind it: which questions matter, which professionals and credentials need to be clear, which external sources carry authority in your field, what claims your profession permits, and what a qualified enquiry actually looks like for your organization.

### Who is responsible for approving clinical or legal content?

You are. Enginely provides the strategy, structure and drafts, and flags the statements that need professional review. Final approval for clinical, legal or other regulated content remains with the appropriately qualified person in your organization, before publication.

### Can you guarantee that AI systems will recommend us?

No. Independent AI platforms cannot be controlled, and responses vary by platform, wording, location and time. We improve the signals that support accurate discovery and representation, then measure what changes across repeated tests rather than presenting a single favourable answer as proof.

### Can you work alongside our existing marketing agency?

Yes. Enginely can provide the audit, question and prompt research, page architecture, content framework and measurement while your internal team or current agency implements the agreed actions. Documented ownership prevents duplicated or conflicting work.

### How do you measure success in a high-trust industry?

Alongside visibility and traffic, we track the actions that indicate genuine interest: calls, consultation or appointment enquiries, and performance by service, practitioner and location where tracking permits. Where you can share feedback on enquiry quality, that shapes the next cycle of content and internal links.

## Choosing an agency

What to ask, what a case study is worth in a category this young, and whether to ask your current SEO agency first. [Read the buyer's guide](https://enginely.ai/guides/how-to-choose-a-geo-agency/index.html.md).

### How much should GEO cost?

There is no defensible benchmark yet, which is itself worth knowing — the category is too young and the scopes too different for a market rate to mean anything. What you can compare is what is inside a price: the number of prompts tracked, the platforms and locations covered, the re-test cadence, and how much implementation is included rather than recommended. Two proposals at the same price frequently contain entirely different amounts of work. Enginely publishes a fixed price for its Accelerator programme so at least one reference point is checkable.

### Should we hire a GEO specialist or ask our current SEO agency?

Ask your current agency first, and ask them the measurement questions above rather than whether they do GEO. Most of this work is technical accessibility, entity clarity, content and third-party evidence, which a competent SEO agency already does. What is genuinely additional is prompt-level measurement — a tracked question set, run repeatedly, with variance handled. If they cannot describe that, you are looking for a specialist to add measurement, not to replace them.

### How long before we can judge whether it is working?

Long enough for several re-tests, which in practice means three to six months. Technical and factual corrections can show sooner, but a single favourable answer is not evidence and neither is a single bad one. What you can judge much earlier is whether the agency is doing what it said: is there a baseline, an approved prompt set, a stated cadence, and a report that mentions something that did not work?

### Are case studies worth anything in this category?

Only with a method attached. A citation count with no query set, no dates and no location is unverifiable, and generated answers vary between runs, so a screenshot proves less here than it would in traditional search. A case study that names the queries, the dates and the locations can be re-run by you. If it cannot be re-run, treat it as a claim rather than evidence.

### Should we ask for a guarantee?

Ask, and treat a yes as disqualifying. No platform sells inclusion in a generated answer, so a guarantee is either a misunderstanding or a commitment the agency knows it cannot be held to. What is reasonable to require in writing is method: the prompt set, the cadence, the reporting, ownership of your accounts, and the notice period.

### Is it a problem that this guide was written by a GEO agency?

It is a reason to read it sceptically, which is the correct way to read anything an agency publishes about its own category. The test we would apply: does it contain criteria the author fails? This one names five situations where Enginely is the wrong choice and recommends hiring nobody in some cases. Judge it on whether the checklist is usable against us as easily as against anyone else.

## The published studies

How the citation studies were run, why they are open rather than gated, and what they cannot tell you. [Read the published studies](https://enginely.ai/reports/index.html.md).

### Why publish these studies rather than gate them?

Because a report locked behind a form cannot be read by the systems it describes. We argue that own-site pages stating real, specific figures are what get cited in generated answers, and it would be incoherent to make that argument from behind a download gate. The market study is open. The analysis specific to your own domain is the thing we produce individually.

### How were the businesses in these reports selected?

They were not selected. Every business named appears because it was cited by Google's AI Overview for one of the queries measured, on the date stated. We did not choose a shortlist, and inclusion is not an endorsement — the studies are counts of what a public system returned, nothing more.

### Why Google AI Overviews rather than ChatGPT or Perplexity?

An AI Overview is rendered inside a public search results page, so it can be retrieved directly, for a specific city, at a specific moment. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot do not publish their answers anywhere; measuring them requires running a fixed prompt set against each model repeatedly over time. That is a different instrument, and we report it separately rather than blending two methods into one number.

### Why do you ask for an email for the PDF but not for the report?

Because they are different things. Every figure, table and caveat is on the page itself, readable without giving us anything — that is deliberate, and it is the argument these reports make. The PDF is a packaged copy for sending to a partner or reading offline, and we ask who is taking it so we know who is paying attention. If you would rather not, read the page; nothing is held back.

### Can these figures be independently checked?

Yes, and that is the point of publishing the method alongside them. Every figure comes from search results captured on the date stated. Anyone can run the same queries with the same location targeting and compare. Generated answers vary between runs, so exact citation lists will differ — the structural findings are what hold.

### Which markets will you cover next?

We are extending the same method to further verticals and metros. If you want your industry and city measured, tell us — the queries have to be built around genuine buying intent in that market, so it is worth hearing which questions actually precede a purchase in yours.

## The partner program

Territory exclusivity, who holds the client relationship, and how the co-branded work is delivered. [Read the partner program page](https://enginely.ai/partners/index.html.md).

### Do I need to know SEO or AI search to be a partner?

No. We handle all technical work and reporting. You need to understand your clients' business and be able to open a conversation. We train you on the pitch, the objections and the report.

### Will I be selling under the Enginely name?

No. You use your own brand and your own email. You're introduced as an Authorized Enginely Partner and you'll have a profile page on this site that your prospects can verify. We don't issue Enginely email addresses to partners.

### Who owns the client relationship?

The client contracts with Enginely, and you remain the local relationship owner on the account. You're on the monthly calls. Nothing happens on the account without you knowing.

### How and when do I get paid?

Monthly, on revenue actually collected, by direct deposit or wire against your invoice. Payments continue for as long as the client remains active and you remain the relationship owner.

### What happens if a client churns?

Commission stops when the revenue stops. Commissions on any account that churns within 90 days of its first payment are subject to clawback. We'll always tell you before an account is at risk.

### Can I sell other marketing services alongside this?

Yes — that's the point. We only ask that you don't represent a directly competing GEO or AI-search provider in the same territory.

### Is this employment?

No. Partners are independent businesses operating under a channel partner agreement. This is not employment, and it does not create a partnership or joint venture in the legal sense. You set your own hours, use your own systems and run your own business.

### What does it cost to join?

Nothing. No fee, no minimum, no licence.

### What if I only have one or two clients who'd be a fit?

Start there. Register them, we'll run the audits, and we'll see how it goes. There's no volume commitment until you take an exclusive territory.

## Working with Enginely

How engagements are scoped and reported, what we will not do, and who we are not the right fit for. [Read about Enginely](https://enginely.ai/about/index.html.md).

### What does Enginely actually do?

We work on organic and AI-assisted discovery: whether your pages can be found and understood, whether they answer what people are actually searching, whether your business information is consistent everywhere it appears, and whether AI systems describe you accurately. In practice that means technical SEO, content strategy, local search and generative engine optimization, run as one programme.

### Where is Enginely based?

Enginely is headquartered in Canada and works globally. Market, language, jurisdiction and professional requirements shape the strategy and the measurement plan, but they do not determine whether we take an engagement.

### Do you run paid ads or social media?

No. We only work on organic and AI-assisted discovery. If your immediate problem is filling next month's calendar, paid media will do it faster than we can, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a six-month programme that solves a different problem.

### What kind of organizations do you work best with?

Those whose customers research carefully before making contact — dental and healthcare practices, law firms, professional services, multi-location businesses and complex B2B. In these markets the decision carries consequence, accuracy is scrutinised, and being described correctly matters as much as being visible.

### How does an engagement start?

With an audit. It establishes how you are currently found and described across search, maps and AI answers, which constraint is actually costing you, and whether one focused service or an integrated programme is the sensible scope. You get the findings and the priority order regardless of whether you go on to work with us.

### What if we are not a good fit?

We will say so at audit stage. That happens most often when the website cannot be changed, when nobody internally can approve factual corrections, or when the real need is speed rather than durability. Declining a poor-fit engagement is cheaper for both sides than discovering it four months in.

### Who owns the work we pay for?

You do. Accounts, profiles, published content, briefs, documentation and the underlying strategy remain yours during the engagement and after it ends. Nothing about our setup is designed to make leaving difficult.
